Customer-imposed security requirements are the usual trigger for contact — a large customer sends a questionnaire or a Cyber Essentials demand with a deadline attached. Operational technology also needs a genuinely careful approach; scanning a production network the way you would scan an office network is how you stop a line. We scope OT-adjacent work conservatively, assessing the IT/OT boundary and segmentation rather than running active testing against control systems.

Local authorities, NHS organisations, universities, colleges, schools and academy trusts. Procurement frameworks here frequently specify CREST accreditation explicitly, and ours is verifiable on the CREST marketplace rather than asserted on a website.

Logistics and distribution

The motorway network makes this a national distribution hub. Warehouse management systems, customer-facing portals and EDI integrations create meaningful external exposure that is rarely examined.

How delivery works

Application, cloud and external infrastructure testing is delivered remotely — it is cheaper and no less effective. Internal infrastructure testing, incident response and tabletop exercises are delivered onsite where that adds value, and across this region that carries no additional cost.
