Most school networks have grown over years into a mix of staff, pupil, curriculum and guest systems, wifi, servers and a long tail of older devices. The big questions are whether those networks are properly separated, whether a pupil or guest device can reach staff or admin systems, and whether an attacker who gets a foothold can move freely. An internal test answers them.

What we look at

We test from inside the network the way a compromised device or a curious pupil might: network segregation between staff, pupil and curriculum systems, wifi security, server and account configuration, patching, and the legacy devices that so often quietly undermine everything else.
