Solusec is CREST-accredited for AI-Enabled Penetration Testing

Solusec is one of just ten providers worldwide accredited in the first cohort of CREST's new AI-Enabled Penetration Testing standard. The accreditation adds to the firm's existing CREST Penetration Testing accreditation, and gives clients independent assurance that Solusec uses artificial intelligence responsibly and transparently in its security testing.

What the accreditation is

CREST, the international body that accredits the security testing industry, introduced the AI-Enabled Penetration Testing standard in July 2026 to address the rapid adoption of AI across the industry. It is an independent mark that a provider's AI use is secure, transparent and professionally governed, so buyers can tell responsible AI from marketing spin. Solusec's accreditation builds directly on its CREST Penetration Testing accreditation, extending the same audited standard to how AI is used within testing. CREST granted the accreditation to its first ten providers worldwide, spanning Europe, India and the US, with Solusec among them.
